As we are in theatre at various hospitals and locations in ACT, we are unable to take phone calls directly. To discuss any aspect of your invoice, please advise your contact name and phone number or email, by email or post above and we will contact you typically between 6pm and 8pm within a few days.

In order to use this web service, we require certain information from you:

• The credit card details entered are processed through the Australian eWay Credit Card Payment Gateway and, other than this service, are not stored nor are they transmitted anywhere. Refer Security Policy below re the eWay Service.
  
  
• Any correspondence you emailed to us is stored temporarily in our email system. It is periodically deleted after the matter is resolved. We therefore cannot refer to correspondence re prior resolved matters.
  
  
• The patient name, last 4 digits of the card, amount paid and email address is emailed to us so we can record your invoice as paid and email you a receipt for Medicare. You are also emailed a copy of this payment advice. As stated above, these details not retained on our web site are deleted from our email system as soon as this payment and receipting is complete.

Refunds and Returns
This is not normally applicable as this site is for payment of medical services previously supplied. However, a refund of any overpayment will be made after verification that an amount higher than the amount due in your invoice was made. Refunds will typically be verified and processed within 7 days. Refunds may attract additional eWay fees which, if applicable, will be deducted (at cost) from your refund.
